Starhotels Grand Milan - Saronno

The breakfast options were extensive and had something for everyone! Everything else was decent, but the rooms felt dated and the staff could really use more warmth 😕

The breakfast was enjoyable, well priced.

It was a luxurious place, had friendly attentive and highly courteous staff who waited on us in an exceptional manner.

The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

I tell ya, the folks at this place were friendly as can be. Room was spacious, and I liked how clean everything was. Breakfast had some good options too. I wished the air conditioning had worked better, though-it was a bit warm. Would've liked to chill out more after a long day, that's for sure.

Great hotel with a beuatiful familyroom. Better then we expected. Regretfully it was only for one night.

The frontdesk mentioned a swimmingpool...................... but at the moment without water.

There is no hot water or kettle provided in the hotel.

It was tragic to wait 90 minutes for check-in when I had booked early, and housekeeping barged in even with a sign on the door, very rude! The restaurant staff clearly prefers to run away instead of serving guests. Can't believe I didn't get a complimentary upgrade for the hassle. Absolutely unacceptable.

The furnishing of lobby area is amazing. I like the design of the furniture, futuristic barock style. The rooms are big and very quiet, no noice like banging doors from corridor.

To order a taxi took one and a halv (1,5 !!) hour in the morning. Make sure you book taxi the day before.

Internet was not working when we arrived and it was not informed before to make the check-in. Sometimes internet access is crucial and they should inform the guest before the check in, because then, the customers can decide if they will stay or not. But they charge the credit card first and we were aware only when we get to the room. That is unnaceptable. Theres a marble table in the room which is very cold and not comfortable to work in it.

Location near to the city center and restaurants and bars and the railway station with good connections to Milan. Savoury and abundant breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. Very quick check-in and late check-out,...

The rooms are generously sized, with a level of comfort that's hard to find. The rooftop swimming pool provides amazing views of the city. Access to direct trains makes exploring nearby attractions easy....  

Location to station execellent for getting into Milan central or Malpensa airport. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Supermarket nearby. When special is offered it great value for money.
